A unique opportunity to buy an Egyptian Arabian foal from Cedar Ridge Farm Egyptian Arabians is before it is born.  

Rest assured, we use the highest quality mares bred to the best possible stallions for those mares.  

The foals are already entered into regional, US/Canada, and Pyramid Society futurities.  If the sire is nominated, the foal will be nominated to the  International Arabian Breeders Sweepstakes, too.  Occasionally, a foal is eligible for the Pyramid Society's Egyptian Breeders Challenge (EBC), an amateur-only yearling futurity class with a huge prize money payout at the annual Egyptian Event.  Eligibility is determined by EBC stallion service auction; the successful bidder wins the right to show the resulting foal in the EBC yearling futurity class.  (For more information about the EBC stallion service auction held annually at the Egyptian Event, please contact the Pyramid Society.)

Here is how an in-utero purchase works: 

• You simply secure first rights to the foal with a deposit of $7,500; this keeps the foal from being advertised for sale.   Total price will be considerably less than the current market price ($30,000-$35,000) of weaned fillies of these exceptional bloodlines.  (Imagine if you had bought rights to Cedars Amirat Al Alwan or Cedars  KenyaCatchMe!)
• You also get a FILLY GUARANTEE:  If the foal is a colt, you have the right to accept or refuse it within 30 days.  If you refuse the colt, your deposit can be applied to another in utero foal, or to a filly on the ground. 

If you accept the foal:

• If the foal is a colt:  You may keep it for the cost of the deposit and no further payment is required.

• If the foal is a filly:  She's yours with an additional payment of $15,000.   Terms may be available.
