Imperial ImSirdar was bred in 1985 by one of the most successful straight Egyptian Arabian
breeding farms in America, Imperial Egyptian Stud, which closed in late 2007. 

 

Ansata Imperial
(Ansata Ibn Sudan X Ansata Delilah)

Sirdar's sire, Ansata Imperial (Ansata Ibn Sudan X Ansata Delilah), was a US Top Ten Futurity Colt and sire of Salon du Cheval champion stallion and US Reserve Champion Stallion Imperial Imdal. 

Ansata Ibn Sudan (*Ansata Ibn Halima X *Ansata Bint Mabrouka) was US National Champion Stallion in 1971 and has sired six National winners.

Ansata Delilah (Ansata Shah Zaman X *Ansata Bint Misr) is dam of five halter champions.  Her full sister, Ansata Damietta, is a halter champion and dam of US Top Ten Futurity Stallion Ansata Halim Bey.

(Hossny X *Serenity  Sonbolah)

Sirdar's dam Imperial Sonbesjul has also produced the halter champion  and international sire of halter champions, Imperial Al  Kamar (by El Hilal).  Sonbesjul is a full sister to Region 18 Top Five Show Hack, Imperial Biarritz.  

Her sire, Hossny (*Ansata Ibn Halima X *Sanaaa), was a regional champion stallion and sire of National winners in English pleasure, dressage, and native costume.  He was exported to Zichy-Thyssen Arabians inArgentina. 

*Serenity Sonbolah (Sameh X Bint Om El Saad), the exquisite imported Egyptian Arabian mare, was 1971 US National Champion Mare.  Sonbolah has produced champions in halter and performance.
