Our October Egyptian Arabian Horse Celebration exceeded our expectations! Non-horse owners from three states enjoyed the superb weather, gorgeous horses, exciting ridden demonstrations by Las Vegas trainer Linsey Adams, great door prizes, and enthusiastic discussions of Egyptian Arabian breeding programs in Nevada (by Janel Brookshire), California (by Janet Stinson), and Arizona (by Anne Clayton). Trainer Fernando Poli and his wife Renata Serra Negra prepared and introduced the horses to the crowd surrounding the arena before turning the horses loose at liberty. Children and adults alike could touch these beautiful creatures and clapped as the horses played freely. Those who chose could have their photos taken aboard CDRS Farah Moniet, who was dressed in her best Egyptian finery. Here are some photos of that very special day.
